Sichuan Zhongzi Exhaust Purge Co., Ltd. was founded by Sichuan University High-Tech Group and Sichuan Zhongzi Science and Technology Co., Ltd. We are a high-tech enterprise and a developing innovatory enterprise that specializes in producing and marketing vehicle exhausts. Our company has a team of excellent experts with high innovative capability and we are engaged in the study of oxygen storage materials, high thermal stability and high surface area materials and catalysts for vehicle exhaust gas. The high-performance rare-earth oxygen storage materials and vehicle exhaust catalysts that can meet the EU-III emission standard have been supported in the key projects of the National Science Foundation Commission (NSFC), Green Olympic Project of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and key strategical project of Sichuan Development Reform Commission. The controllable technology of without-preheat launch for automobile exhaust emission has been acquired one of the 863 National Project, and has been certificated by Sichuan Development & Reform Commission and Sichuan Scientific and Technological Provincial Government United Organization.

Since 1998, supported by NSFC, Sichuan Development & Reform Commission, and Sichuan University High-Tech Group, the research group led by Professor Yaoqiang Chen has studied the following technologies deeply and systematically: 1) Preparation of high-performance rare-earth oxygen storage materials; 2) Preparation of high thermal stability and high surface area materials; 3) Loading of precious metal and promoters; 4) Technology of durable wash-coat; 5) Surface oxidation technology of metal supports; 6) Preparation technology of tie layers.

Our company has our own technologically innovative and sustainable development capacity in the basic research of vehicle exhausts, and holds the preparation technology of high performance rare-earth oxygen storage materials, as well as the origination and the core of the catalyst. Our company has our own technologically innovative system and sustainable development capacity that enable the updating of products to meet more stringent vehicle exhaust emission standards.

Now, our company possesses the annual production ability of 2 million advanced catalysts for motorcycle and small gasoline engine exhausts and 1 million advanced catalysts for automobiles, diesel engines and CNG/LNG/LPG exhausts.
