Research and Development

  Sichuan Zhongzi exhaust purge Co.Ltd has a R&D team consisted of several experts , scholars, PhD and Master. They have been devoted to study of the rare-earth oxygen-storage materials and exhaust purification technology. On the one hand, they studied deeply the preparation of catalytic materials and catalysts, involving rare-earth oxygen-storage materials, high thermal stability and high surface area materials, catalysts with low loading of precious metal and durability of catalysts. On the other hand, they made laboratory technologies industrialization, and developed production equipments.
 Today, our company is studying better catalysts that can meet more stringent emission standards:
(1)Exhaust gas catalyst for gasoline engine (CNG/LNG/LPG) can meet the emission value limit of the Euro-5 and more strict emission standard.
(2)Exhaust gas catalyst (DOC/POC/DPF/SCR) for diesel engine can meet the emission value limit of the Euro-5 and more strict emission standards.
(3)Exhaust gas catalyst for motorcycles can meet the emission value limit of the Euro-4 and more strict emission standards.
(4)Exhaust gas catalyst for small gasoline/diesel engines can meet EPA/CARB and more stringent emission standard.
(5)Exhaust gas catalyst for vehicles can satisfy the alternative fuel (alcohol, aether).
